The history of Balkancar began in 1952, when the first Bulgarian electric forklift was produced. 10 years later, in 1962, the range was replenished with the first forklift truck. And after another 3 years, the state company "Balkankar" was established. From that time until the mid-90s of the last century, the company successfully followed the path of development, producing lifting equipment for various manipulations. The main importers of Bulgarian cars were the USSR, the countries of the socialist camp. Capitalist countries were also among the buyers of Balkancar.

The prosperity ended with the collapse of the Soviet Union. On November 25, 1993, the state company "Balkankar" as such ceased to exist and was divided into 4 joint-stock and 8 limited liability companies. These structures entered the holding "Balkankar-Holding" EAO with headquarters in Plovdiv (Bulgaria).

However, the existence of this structure was short-lived. In 2002, the activities of "Balkankar-Holding" were recognized as ineffective, and in September of the same year the concern was liquidated by a court decision. But the manufacturing plants of Balkancar lifting equipment - JSC "Balkankar September 6" (Sofia) and JSC "Balkankar-Dunav" (Lom) continue to work today.

The main products of the enterprises remain electric and diesel forklifts. The enterprises are constantly working on the development of new modifications of loaders. Innovation is based on the combination of modern design and compactness, minimizing dimensions, as well as reliability and energy efficiency. In addition to the main products, Balkancar manufactures a whole line of forklift replacement attachments, adapted to handle non-standard goods.

Loaders with a lifting capacity of up to 2 tons, equipped with lifting devices up to 6 meters in height, are an excellent assistant in small rooms with limited maneuvering capabilities.

Record 2 S is a classic car up to 5 tons, its version with increased cross-country ability is irreplaceable for every manufacturer. All models of loaders can be equipped with various types of structures for the transportation of rolls, bales and other special cargo.

Record 3S - handles loads weighing up to 8 tons.

The 2H record is a small car that enters a room below average human height, under the wings of an airplane, but can reach great heights.

Wide range of electric stackers with lifting capacity. From 1.4 tons and lifting heights up to 9 meters, equipped with modern triplex masts driven by alternating-current electric motors. Their compact design, ergonomics and comfort of the operator's place make these stackers extremely maneuverable and convenient for the driver to work in narrow spaces, warehouses, shops.

Optimized dimensions and AC traction motor provide excellent parameters for stability and dynamics. Optimized travel speeds, perfect acceleration and high lifting speeds make these machines essential for warehouse operations.

Loaders Balkankar Record are distinguished by good ergonomic performance, increased reliability and serviceability. Thus, the wishes of even the most demanding customers are satisfied.
